A Pro publishing toolkit, and accuracy everywhere

New

  • Publishing toolkit Pro on every book page: a royalty & price checker, a KDP metadata check for your title, subtitle and 7 keywords, and a launch checklist with each step linked to KDP's help.
  • Rank history for tracked books — each visit records rank, price, reviews and rating. Pro shows the trend as a chart.
  • Confidence badges on every grade and verdict, so a thin page never looks as certain as a full one.
  • Category finder on search pages: reads the categories the top books rank in and shows the best-supported one.
  • Category Scout Pro: the final report's figures are now calculated from the searches you compared, it waits until enough have been compared before giving a verdict, and your book stays in view while you search.

KDP rule changes

  • Updated for KDP's new 70% eBook band — $2.99 to $12.99 in the US, with the matching ranges in every store.
  • Royalties follow KDP's exact formula, including VAT and GST, delivery fees, and the KDP Select requirement in Japan.
  • The launch checklist includes KDP's new weekly title limit.

More accurate

  • Ads and repeated listings no longer skew any figure, and prices are compared like for like.
  • Non-US Amazon stores are read correctly, and sales estimates are sized to each store.
  • "Estimated author earnings" replaces gross revenue, which overstated what authors take home.

Simpler & fixed

  • Cleaner screens, with numbers that didn't help a decision removed. Simple mode puts the grade first.
  • Plenty of bug fixes.
